With COVID-19 cases on the rise in our area, we are asking that you please follow these guidelines for your student's safety:

- If your student has tested positive, please keep them home and isolate for 10 days and notify your site of the positive test.

- If your student is experiencing symptoms, please keep them home and call your site.

- If you have received orders from the health department or healthcare provider for student to quarantine due to exposure, please notify your site.

The following assessment is from the State of Oklahoma's website. It is tool to help determine when someone should be kept home from school and/or tested for COVID-19.
