The MHS and MJH Softball games scheduled for today, March 22, have been CANCELED.
Today’s baseball game (March 21, 2022) against Fort Gibson has been canceled due to weather.
There is no MHS Baseball game today, March 15.
As most of you know, winter weather is predicted for tomorrow, March 11 in the afternoon. The predictions indicate that precipitation will not occur until the afternoon and temperatures will stay at a level that should not cause great difficulty. As you know, though, these weather predictions can change quite quickly.
With this type of uncertainty and timing, we are sending each elementary and middle school child home with a one-day packet of work. High school students will have virtual assignments available.
If you are more comfortable keeping your child at home, please have them complete their virtual assignments and bring them back after Spring Break.
In addition, there will be no after-school PAWS at MES or MMS.
Please know that there are many considerations that we look at as we make decisions concerning inclement weather and attendance.
If the weather changes and we are unable to come to school at all tomorrow, we will let you know via our phone system, social media, and news outlets.

Meanwhile, the MHS Bulldogs host Stilwell beginning at 5 PM!
Congratulations to MHS Speech and Debate students Luke Hallum and Ella Webster on qualifying for NATIONALS with their duo!
They will be participating in the NSDA National Competition in June in Louisville, KY.

The Bulldogs defeated Fort Gibson, 72-60 for the Regional Consolation Championship!
Both teams move on to the Area Tournament! Game times will be announced soon!

The Lady Bulldogs will play Crossings Christian at 7, followed by the Bulldogs playing Crossing Christian as well.
One more change for the Regional Basketball Tournament!
The site for Saturday has been changed to Wagoner HS. Games following Saturday will still be at Perkins.
Due to inclement weather, all classifications of basketball have been adjusted again.

District Champs x2! Congratulations to the Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs on their wins last night to become District Champions! They will both play Thursday evening in Cushing against Crossings Christian, with the girls’ beginning at 6:30 PM. Playoff brackets and a link to purchase tickets will be posted later this week. Good luck in playoffs!
